Batman Arkham Knight Guide: The Line Of Duty Guide After a couple of missions in Batman Arkham Knight you will gain access to side missions. The Line Of Duty is a mission you will get as soon as you get into the Gotham City Police Station. Batman Arkham Knight Most Wanted: The Line Of Duty 11 - Bleake Island. Batman Arkham Knight. Batman Arkham Knight Most Wanted: The Line Of Duty 08 - Miagani Island. I'm trying to do one of the first side quests 'The Line Of Duty'. I select it, I select set waypoint, but nothing shows on the map at all for it. I've changed the filter on the map to objective (and everything else) and still nothing. I looked up a YouTube video for this quest and it shows the waypoints on the map in the video.
The Line of Duty is yet another most wanted side mission in Batman Arkham Knight. It starts during the first chapter. In order to complete it, you have to track down and rescue 16 missing firefighters. They’ve been taken hostage and tortured by thugs all over Gotham. You have to defeat all thugs next to each firefighter in order to set them free. Multi Fear Takedown is something you will love here, as it saves a lot of time.
The Line of Duty Basic Information
Although it is rather long, this Most Wanted side mission provides a lot of skill points and experience. You can even boost experience gain with the use of gadgets and combo points. As you save the firefighters, you can talk to them two more times. They all also appear in GCPD. 
The list of missing firefighter locations shown below is not in any specific order. You can do it in any order that pleases you. The last firefighter, however, is the one you can only save at the end.

Bleake Island Missing Firefighters Location
There are 6 missing firefighters to be found on Bleake Island. None should cause problems except the last group.| Name | Location | Resistance |

Founders’ Island Missing Firefighters Location
There are 5 missing firefighters on Founders’ Island. The last firefighter in the list below can be found inside a small hidden area. You have to break your way in with the help of Batmobile’s power winch. The exact location of this point is in the underground tunnels, above the “Cuffs” shop sign (the mouth-shaped sign).| Name | Location | Resistance |

Captive Firefighter Taylor
This one is quite different from most of the rest so far. Located on the far southeast side of Founders’ Island, the enemies are a little more spread out on this one, so take advantage of that and take as many down individually as you can. They are armed, so you can’t just go all in on big groups here.

Captive Firefighter Wilson
This is definitely one of the harder ones to find, as this is located in the area of Founders’ Island where there are a lot of different levels and platforms. Once you find the right area, you will face 11 total enemies with 3 brutes included. Follow the same strategy as with the brutes above and you will have saved yet another firefighter.
Captive Firefighter Cannon
This next one is actually found back on Bleake Island, but hard to wait until later for one reason, the Remote Electrical Charge. The number of enemies is 12 and a couple have Stun Batons that certainly will not make this one easy. Just remember to use your Remote Electrical Charge weapon in freeflow combat to stun them yourself and you will be just fine.
Captive Firefighter Lozar
This is definitely one of the hardest to find and that’s because it’s the only one that is actually hidden. While some of the others may be hard to find based on levels of the platforms and such, this one actually requires you think. Go to the area on the image above and then head underground in this area.
Upon getting in the more underground area, try to go to the location on the map right above. There you must enter the Batmobile’s Battle Mode and fire a power winch at a wall that give you to the option to right in front of you. Pull the wall down and then you can go inside to take on the harder battle so far. Here you must fight 20 at once, including two of the brutes that also have shock gloves. Just as with the last, use your Remote Electrical Charge in combat and take them down like prior brutes.
Captive Fire Chief Underhill
After the last one, this one is a breeze to find and is different from any of the rest so far. While the others typically have you fighting the whole group of enemies at once, this one instead takes the approach of some of the predator missions, with firefighter Taylor being on the only one similar at all. 16 armed enemies will be in this area, including three guarding the fire chief himself. Use your predator skills to take them out one by one, because otherwise you will be dead very quickly. Lure them away and then go after the final three in the middle and you will have completed the Line of Duty side mission in Batman: Arkham Knight.
